Chrome-free tanning means the leather is processed without chromium, which makes it more breathable against skin and a fairer thing to put on your hands for a whole winter. The lining is a knitted 80/20 wool and cashmere blend, sewn in firmly rather than floating, so fingers still move. Touchscreen sensitivity runs across the full palm, not just a fingertip pad.
A cleaner process than standard chrome tanning, with no chromium in the finished leather. It stays breathable, which is what stops a lined glove getting clammy.
80 percent wool, 20 percent cashmere, knitted and stitched down. Warm without the bulk that stops you gripping a wheel.
Not a single conductive fingertip. Phones, tablets and car screens all read the whole hand, which matters at a petrol pump in January.
Every pair ships in a branded box. At this price point most of them are bought for someone else.
Specification
Everything here comes from the retailer data for this colour. The rating is the exception: colour variants share one listing, so that number is carried by both colours of this model together.
Sizing runs by hand circumference in inches. The table further down is the one printed on this listing and it will not agree to the tenth with the merged scale on the home page.
