Home / FAQ
The questions that arrive most often, including the one about whether you can buy here. You cannot, and the first answer explains why.
No. There is no cart here and no checkout. Every button on a product page opens that item at the retailer we link to, and the order, the payment and the delivery all happen in your account there. If you have already paid for something, you paid the retailer, not us.
Sorting. Fioretto sells 44 model families across gloves, belts, totes, backpacks and duffles, and the retailer listing for each one buries the measurements under a wall of marketing. We pull the size charts, the linings, the strap drops and the laptop clearances onto one page per model so you can compare them side by side before you open anything.
Because it came off that listing. 11 glove models here print a hand circumference chart, in 7 distinct versions that do not agree with each other: one starts S at 7.7 inches, another at 8.3. We copied each one separately instead of averaging them. The merged chart on the home page and in the sizing guide is a rough first pass. The chart on the product page is the one to trust.
No, they are a snapshot from the last time we checked the listings. The range across the catalog runs $8.99 to $59.99, and individual items move around inside it. Treat the number on our page as a rough guide and read the price at the retailer before you pay.
Because they are one listing at the retailer. The colours are options inside it, so the ratings pool is shared. We split the colours into separate pages here to make them findable, which means the rating and the review count repeat. Counted by model family rather than by page, the catalog holds 19,465 ratings at an average of 4.38.
For unlined leather, down. The skin stretches across the palm within a few wearings and a snug pair becomes a fitted pair. For a wool or cashmere lined pair, up, because the lining takes up room that the chart does not account for. The calculator on each glove page tells you how close you are to the edge of your band, which is the part that decides it.
Neither. We hold no inventory, run no warehouse and have no shipping account. Every parcel in this catalog leaves the retailer, and the tracking number is theirs.
We cannot see your order, so no. Both of those live in the order history of the account you bought from, usually inside a short window after the order is placed. Go there first, because that window closes faster than any message to us would be answered.
On the gloves, yes: sheepskin and goatskin, some of it chrome-free tanned. On most of the belts, no. They are PU leather and the listings say so, which is also why a belt here can sit near $8.99 while a lined glove sits near $59.99. Each product page repeats the material as the manufacturer states it.
Yes, a commission from the retailer on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. It does not change your price and it is not tied to any particular model, which is why the pages carry the size charts and the material notes rather than a sales pitch.
