Unlined sheepskin and no fingertips, which is the combination you want when you need to feel what you are holding. Nothing sits between your palm and the wheel or the bars, and the leather softens to the hand within a few wears. The wrist closes with a crossed strap and metal fittings, so the fit is set rather than elasticated, and the pair arrives in a velvet pouch.
A lining is warmth, and warmth is not what a half-finger glove is for. Unlined sheepskin breathes, stays thin and lets the hand read texture through the palm.
The crossed strap with metal accents pulls the cuff in to your own wrist. It also stops the glove creeping down your hand on a long ride, which elastic eventually does.
Medium, large and extra large cover 8.3-8.6, 8.6-9 and 9-9.3 inches. Measure round the knuckles before choosing; leather gives a little but it does not change size.
